Cancellation Policy

We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods during the scheduling process and in the salon. We ask that you contact us at least 24hrs in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments will result in a $15.00 service charge. Any No-Call, No-Show missed appointments will be subject to a $25 service charge.
